| BOOKINGS? |
Dinner
in the Sky can cater
for 22 guests seated around the
table and a accomplished chef in the middle
with his two experienced assistants catering
for your every need.
We cater for a minimum
of 16 people and unfortunately
we do not take individual
bookings i.e. 2 people. |

A variety of delicious meals which are prepared to absolute perfection
are served to tempt your taste buds.

| WHERE IS IT? |
Dinner
in the Sky is currently
situated at Monte Casino Fourways
(our head-office). The unit can be moved
to an
alternative location - this will be based on safety and
munincipal measures and there will be
a cost involved. |

Safety is Dinner in the Sky’s foremost priority. That’s why we built the table according to the German TÜV
certification norms. This is regarded as one of the toughest safety certifications worldwide.
Every aspect of the concept, from the seat belts to the type of crane used, has been scrutinized and
carefully considered to ensure maximum safety for our clients and staff. |

| EXPERIENCE |
Dinner in the Sky is a very unique concept and guests will experience the following:
On arrival, our guests are
greeted by our friendly “Dinner in the Sky Angels” and served a Welcome Drink - Cocktails and Champagne.
We then complete the registration process before securing all our valued Diners into their seats with a complete
welcome and Safety Brief. Lift-off is smooth and controlled but the excitement and anticipation of
“Dining in the Clouds” at over 100 feet cannot usually be contained.
Once we reach our designated
height, starters are served, nerves settle
and the exhilarating views can then be
appreciated. |

Besides
Dinner is the Sky being a unique culinary
experience, it can also be utilized as
a POWERFUL BUSINESS TOOL to
host exclusive events such as: Corporate
Functions, Confidential Board Meetings,
Team Building Sessions,

is Dinner in the Sky situated?
Monte

- What
is the minimum booking?

pax minimum (as a group).
We do not cater for
individual bookings.
- What
is the maximum booking?
22
guests can be seated but we
do cater for larger groups,
splitting them into different
sessions.
- Do
you only cater for dinner?
NO....we
also cater and host various
"events", as well
as Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktails,
Sun- Downers, etc.
- What
kind of food can be served?
Any
type of food...We have standard
menus to choose from. We also
catered for specific needs.
- Who
provides the catering?
We
only use specific suppliers
but may be flexible if requested,
on condition it is of high
standard.
- How
does one use the toilets?
The
table returns to the ground
for regular comfort breaks
where there are facilities
provided.
- Where
can we host dinner in the
Sky?
We
can relocate the Crane and
table if required but all
relocation and setup costs
to be incurred by client.

| How
do a typical event work? Guests
arrive half an hour before "take
off" where they are served welcome
drinks and are taken through
the registration process. Guests
are then taken individually
to their seats where they are
fastened in their seats by a
three point safety belt. Once
all the safety checks are complete
starters are served and we "take
off" for our first session in
the sky, this lasts approximately
half and hour and the table
is then brought back to ground
where guests are welcome to
take a comfort break. Our Chefs
and the main course are then
loaded and we once again take
off where guests will enjoy
a further hour in the sky enjoying
their main meal and watching
our Chef prepare one of our
mouth watering desserts for
their consumption. After your
exclusive Dinner in the Sky
Experience we invite all guests
to join us for Coffee/Tea, Belgian
Chocolates and Cheese and Biscuits
in our Marquee facilities on
the ground. |
