Mountain boarding is quite easy for anyone with
generally good balance. It combines the freestyle aspects
of snowboarding, grass boarding, sand boarding, skateboarding
and surfing. Within one hour most people can learn on our
slight grass slopes, before heading out for the adventure
of a lifetime!
