We
offer fisherman a peaceful, uninterrupted
wild trout fishing and bass fishing
experience.
We have four large dams fully
stocked with Rainbow Trout and one smaller
dam stocked with Bass. Lowestoffe Dam
and Poplar Dam are both to be found on
Lowestoffe itself, while Woodhouselea
has two big dams as well (2x4 LDV vehicle
recommended for these two dams).
18km's from Lowestoffe is
the Klipplaat river which are also available
to the fisherman. Here you can fish for
trout or yellowfish, or just for the shear
enjoyment of it.
For the more ambitious souls
the bottom of the third and largest dam
has been contoured so trout are fished
for either with dry flies in the shallows
or with sinking rigs in water up to 4
meters deep.

disappoint you. Hiking up the Elandsberg
mountain, standing where the Black Eagle
spend their days at 7 200ft, is a fantastic
experience

Bushman paintings - depicting
some of the first horse paintings.

- from the Black Eagle, Fish Eagle and
Crested Cranes to hundreds of other
species of bird life.
