We are situated on the northern part of SA next to Thuli National Park & Mashatu Game Reserve on the border of South Africa and Botswana
Matikulu is a malaria free, 600ha game farm situated in the Limpopo Province next to the majestic Limpopo river in South Africa. At Matikulu Lodge we strive to give you a once in a lifetime experience. We want to ensure that you experience our legendary hospitality, luxurious facilities and most of all unspoilt nature at an affordable price.
We offer rifle, handgun and bow hunting. Our hunting is done on a 2000ha privately owned game farm. Our concession includes an extra 20 000ha of land for hunting. Hunting is done all year round, with the period between March and November as the best time with more comfortable weather. Rifle and handgun hunting is done by the traditional walk stalk method. We have a total of 4 well placed hides and 1 tree stand to accommodate bow hunters. All experienced hunters and novices are welcome. Our experienced professional hunters Thinus, Henlo and trackers will ensure your prey does not get away.All our hunters are supported by a fully equipped hunting vehicle.
We can also cater for any type of adventure, be it hunting, game viewing, ballooning, fishing even 4X4.
